Apart from providing much needed rest and repose from the labours of RWT
preparation, the Czech Republic leg of our travels was Monika's last opportunity
to say goodbye to family and friends before embarking on what will be a long
period of absence ............. The pic at left shows Monika on our day of
departure from Brno.
Many thanks to everybody for the tremendous welcome and send off. We would
especially like to thank Ivan, Monika’s father, and Martin from Partnerlux and
his team, for the warmth of the welcome, the kindness shown to us, and for
making our stay in Brno so memorable. To Pavel from Kiss Radio, Hardy for all
your efforts in raising the profile of our journey and to RENOCAR BMW BRNO,
especially the bikes Sales Manager, Pavel, for ensuring we had a brilliant ride
out from the centre of Brno. Everybody at the the Sports bar Lesna Brno
for the providing a world class venue so we could say
